How the BJJ Square Card works
Every value on your card is computed from your profile data. Here's what they mean and where they come from.
What the values mean
The six stats below the Overall tell the story of your time on the mat.
Overall — the combined rating, a weighted average of TEC (45%), EXP (30%) and GI (25%).
Technique — technical level estimated from your rank (belt plus degrees/stripes).
Experience — experience calculated from your years of practice.
Playing preference — Gi, No-Gi or both.
Years of practice, starting from your first year.
Competitions — shown as events at your current belt / lifetime total.
The weight category you compete in.
How the Overall is computed
The OVR isn't a random number: it blends three stats with different weights.
TEC weighs the most because rank reflects technical level; EXP rewards years on the mat; GI values those who train both Gi and No-Gi. The values update automatically when you edit your profile.
Rarity by belt
The higher the belt, the rarer the card. From white to coral.
