Once you claim your listing, you manage everything from a single dashboard — no website to maintain.
Complete listing
Logo, photos, description, contacts, socials, prices, programmes, private lessons and free trial. Your public shop window, updated by you at any time.
Class schedule
Add your weekly timetable: day, start and end time, class type and the instructor teaching it.
Instructors and hierarchy
Head coach, professors, assistants: set the roles and link the profiles of instructors already on the platform.
Events and open mats
Publish competitions, seminars and graduations. Recurring open mats are set once: they repeat every week automatically.
Multiple owners

How to claim your gym
The process is simple and takes less than 5 minutes.
Search for your gym
Go to the map, search by name or city. Your academy might already be in our database.
Click "Claim gym"
On the gym page you'll find the claim button: we send a confirmation link to the gym's official email (valid 14 days).
Manage your profile
Access the dashboard, update all information, upload images, and add your staff.
Your gym isn't in the database yet?
No problem. You can propose adding your academy directly on BJJ Square. Once approved, you'll have immediate access to the management dashboard.
